Manual[VTrack Troubleshooting Guide] Where is my log & shot data saved?

For VTrackToolKit v2.1.5 or later, log and shot data are stored in a new location due to Windows security policies. Depending on your PC, the files will be in one of the following two paths. Please check both: 1. Primary Location (Check this first): C:\Users\{YourUsername}\AppData\Local\Packages\02ce737d-b4f8-4bbb-92b2-1355681ff1e8_qbntr2denpnae\LocalCache\Local\LAON PEOPLE 2. Secondary Location: C:\Users\{YourUsername}\AppData\Local\Packages\02ce737d-b4f8-4bbb-92b2-1355681ff1e8_qbntr2denpnae\LocalState\LAON PEOPLE How to find the correct folder: 1.Open File Explorer. 2.Copy and paste the paths above into the address bar (replace {YourUsername} with your Windows name). 3.The correct folder is the one that contains both "LPGDLL" and "VTrackToolkit" folders. Tips: The AppData folder is hidden by default. To show it: Open File Explorer → View → Show → Hidden items. To help us clearly identify the cause of your issue, please include a description of your Inquiry along with the Shot Data and Log Files in a ZIP file. Please refer to the tutorial video below for details on how to explore the path and save the files.
