1. Recommended Hardware Currently, Swing Replay officially supports: UVC-compatible usb webcams mobile streaming for the recommended setup, we suggest: webcam - 1080p / 60fps - Direct usb 3.0 connection (Stable power supply and usb connection environments are reommended) Mobile - iOS devices are recommended (optimal performance and stability) - Android devices are also supported, but performance may vary depending on device specifications and network conditions. - Recommended Network : Use of 5GHz Wi-Fi is recommended : Maintain close proximity to the Wi-Fi fouter when possible. : connect all devices to he same network (same router) : minimize high-bandwidth activities such as downloads or streaming during use. Note) - At this time, GigE cameras are not officially supported for Swing Replay. - Swing Replay is not a recording function, but a feature for checking real-time swing footage 2. Troubleshooting Guide Please note that Ultra-High FPS or 4K modes may cause the following issues due to USB bandwidth limitations, driver compatibility, or PC performance: ​ - Swing Replay screen not displaying - Lagging or stuttering in Preview/Replay - Motion blur or blurry images - Dropped frames ​ At this stage, we recommend verifying your camera setup and settings first. Please check the following 7 items: ​ 1. Change camera settings to 1080p / 60fps and test again. 2. Ensure a direct USB 3.0 connection (Using a USB hub is not recommended). 3. Close all other camera-related software before testing. 4. Check if the camera works normally in the Windows Camera app. 5. Mobile use : Use of 5GHz Wi-Fi : Maintain close proximity to the Wi-Fi fouter when possible. : connect all devices to he same network (same router) : minimize high-bandwidth activities such as downloads or streaming during use. 6. Identify the specific symptom: Does the Swing Replay screen not appear at all, or does it appear but with blurring/lagging? 7. Check the Webcam selection list: After toggling Swing Replay ON, verify if the connected camera appears in the list.
